Opened in 2019 by Sammy DeCaen. Boomtown Tattoos delivers custom, high quality tattoos from artists with over two decades of combined experience. With our diverse team of artists we cover many styles of tattooing and pride ourselves in providing a safe space for everyone.

  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment click on the name of the Artist you wish to book with, you will be directed to their preferred form of contact. Depending on availability and if their books are open they will be able to assist you in setting up a consultation.
  • Do you take walk ins?
    We generally do not accept walk ins as we are a private studio, however if one of our artists does have time they can try to accommodate you as best they can. Please call the shop to discuss booking at 519-672-9196 during open hours.
  • Do you do piercings?
    No, we do not offer piercings.
  • What is your shop minimum?
    Our shop minimum is $100 plus tax.
  • Deposit and Cancellation Policy
    Your deposit is dependent on your artist as they all require different deposits. The deposit is non-refundable. It will remain on your account until the booked tattoo is complete, you may keep it on your file to book future appointments. Please call us as soon as you know you need to reschedule, the more notice the better. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and we will require a new deposit to hold your remaining appointments.
  • How much will my tattoo cost? Can you give me an estimate?
    We do not provide estimates online as there are many variables going into a tattoo including size and placement. During the consultation your artist can provide better insight and their hourly rate.
  • Do you accept e-transfers as payment on the day of the appointment?
    No, but we accept Debit, Credit (no AMEX) and Cash.
  • Do you tattoo minors, even if they have parental consent?
    We do not in any way tattoo any person under the age of 18 regardless of parental consent.
  • What if I'm going to be late for my appointment?
    Please contact your artist directly to let them know you will be late, or give the shop a call if it is during the hours we are open. We understand that things can happen and you may be late but please let us know so we can accommodate this.
  • Do you sell the aftercare products I'll need?
    No, we recommend Aveeno and Spectro-Gel unscented liquid soap for aftercare which can be purchased at any drugstore.
  • Do you have parking?
    We have limited free first come first serve parking spaces behind the building, the driveway is narrow so use it at your own risk. There is also paid parking on the street in front of our building and multiple paid parking lots on Albert Street and Kent Street.
