What You Need to Know

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment with any of our excellent artists or apprentices:

Sammy when his books are open email with your inquiries and we will set up a consultation for you so we can go over your ideas in person.

 Kaley when her books are open email with what you're looking to get and where and from there she can set up a consultation. 

Kristine please email your ideas, approximate size in inches, placement to to set up a consultation and book appointments.

Taylor please email your ideas, approximate size in inches, placement to to set up a consultation and book appointments.

When will Sammy's books open and how do I get an appointment when they do? 

As of right now given the Covid-19 rescheduling, and that Sammy is booked until Summer 2021 the date for Sammy's books reopening is to be determined. When they do open he will be posting the announcement on Instagram and Facebook with further instructions. 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy 

Your deposit is dependent on your artist as they all require different deposits. 

The deposit is non-refundable. The only way you'd lose it is if you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. One deposit is good for all of your appointments and comes off your last appointment.

Please call us as soon as you know you need to reschedule, the more notice the better. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you deposit will be forfeit and we will require a new deposit to hold your remaining appointments. 

Do you accept e-transfers as payment on the day of the appointment?

No, but we accept Debit, Credit (no AMEX) and Cash.

What if I'm going to be late for my appointment?

Please contact your artist directly to let them know you will be late, or give the shop a call if it is during the hours we are open. We understand that things can happen and you may be late but please let us know so we can accommodate this. 

Do you take walk ins?

We do not accept walk ins as we are a private studio. Please call the shop to discuss booking at 519-672-9196 during open hours. 

Do you sell the aftercare products I'll need?

No, we recommend Aveeno and Spectro-Gel unscented liquid soap for aftercare which can be purchased at any drugstore.

Do you tattoo minors, even if they have parental consent?

We do not in any way tattoo any person under the age of 18 regardless of parental consent. 

How much will my tattoo cost? Can you give me an estimate? 

We do not provide estimates online as there are many variables going into a tattoo including size and placement. During the consultation your artist can provide better insight and their hourly rate. 

Do you do piercings?

No, we do not offer piercings.

Do you have parking?

There is a small parking lot behind the shop. There is a narrow driveway to the left side of our building. If you are comfortable going back there you may park there. Just be careful as it is a narrow driveway and can be tight.
